Q: I've read online you can powder coat wood. saw some even powder coated they said glass coke bottles. is this true & if so how?

Moisture in the wood would kill a powder coat if not done properly. I recommend you stay away. If anything seal it and use epoxy. As for the coke bottles, yes but you need to bead blast glass for good adhesion

Q: Compressor size needed?

We have a 6 gallon pancake style and it works amazing with it.

Q: will any powder coating work with this unit?

Yes, but I would wait until November 16 when Eastwood will have the dual voltage system back in stock
