Seriously guys so far so good my heat flashes that left me unable to sleep for almost 3 weeks since I just started my pre menopause stage has literally been diminished to a point I don’t feel them as horrible as I ones did and I can sleep again through the night so if nothing else that really helped and even my sciatica has been lifted off me lower back as well highly recommend this supplement now for my digestive system I having seem much change but I did start seed as well so hopefully that one works for me but hey just getting rid off those heat flashes and some of the back pain is a winner in my book hope this help

A great product but make sure you check to see if other products might not mix well with this. For example if you are taking other herbs and or medicines

So as a 51 yo female going through menopause and all the junk that goes with it, I decided to try this after seeing many videos. Let me tell you this is a game changer. I took it one month and ran out for 2 weeks to say I could tell a difference is an understatement. I got my next bottle and subscribed. This has done miracles to my mental health, weight loss, energy, gut, and spirit. I feel so much better since I’ve been taking this. My cholesterol, A1C, liver enzymes and weight are down and I can’t say enough great things about this. I haven't noticed any changes either way but I am assuming that everything is beneficial in a healthy way. I should continue to take the supplement for longer than 2 months so I will continue and monitor progress.

Received quickly. I’m taking daily. I really don’t know if it’s doing anything but I will keep trying it. I had heard it was good for weight loss but haven’t lost an ounce yet. Always hopeful.

I’ve been taking this well over six months and I don’t know that I’ve noticed any difference in the way I feel by using this product. It states it has eight times more magnesium than kale, but I don’t personally feel any of the positive affects like taking Magnesium supplements, such as better sleep or joint improvement. The statements of having (X times more than ____) is all that it states, but there are no actual measurements of each supplement such as Magnesium, Iron, Vitamin A, etc.I do like the fact that it is manufactured in the US, but would like more understanding of how it is actually processed, which is very important.
