Excellent wheat substitute
I'm on an all veggie and fruit diet. Yes, I'm losing weight like crazy, but I miss bread. This flour is all-veggie and satisfies my longing for something more toothsome. Makes a good pizza crust or muffin.

Great replacement for wheat
Great thickener as replacement for grain flour. If it looks lumpy, don't worry and don't bother sifting. As you whisk it in, the flour will smooth out. Experiment with it to avoid using too much or it will taste starchy. For an Asian-themed dish, whip an egg white lightly with a little water. In a separate bowl whisk some flour w/ a little salt, garlic powder, and small amount of 5 spice powder. Dip raw sliced chicken breast pieces into egg and then into flour. You can fry it in some coconut oil on med-low heat or spritz it with oil and bake on an oiled cookie sheet @ 350. Frying it is better.I haven't tried it in pancakes yet. Am planning to use it with coconut flour and some hazelnut to make crepes. An excellent product.

Great taste, performs well; not gluten-free
I use this to coat fish and chicken; very useful for deep frying. Performs well! Only gripe: not thoroughly gluten/-free. Other than that, it is a wonderful product, highly recommend.

Great substitute for cornstarch
I’m gluten free, so this is my go to for thicken gravies and sauces.

Not satisfied!
Not satisfied with the product at all. It’s not pure chestnut flour and didn’t help me in making tortillas
