My husband and I take this every work night for several years now. This is the most consistent melatonin I have ever tried. Works like a dream, no pun intended. Honestly I’ve only had one night that I absolutely could NOT fall asleep, even after taking double the melatonin that night. It was a fluke night: definitely not the melatonin. This stuff is amazing! My husband takes one (2.5mg) and falls asleep within 10 minutes. I take four (10mg) and routinely fall asleep within 45 minutes and sleep throughout the night. I have crazy, but pleasant dreams every night, as well. I really look forward to them. It’s like “a movie and a sleep” for me. I recommend this to my patients regularly and everyone who has tried it, finds it helpful. I strongly recommend it! Muy buenas, un poco más dulce q las que acostumbro a comprar, pero funcionan muy bien... por lo general uso Melatonina de 10mg, pero con una de éstas es suficiente para quedar dormida al poco tiempo...

They don’t taste amazing but it’s tolerable. Pay attention to the serving size. 1 gummy is 2.5 mg so you need 2 gummies for 5 mg.1 gummy puts me to sleep no problem. My son says they give him nightmares so he quit taking them.
