versatile and yummy.
we use it instead of cream on top of fruit, cake etc, also as a pudding that we add fruit and nuts to. not used it as a drink yet. not too sweet, no 'chemical' taste, lovely and natural. love the recyclable jar.

Delicious, rich taste
Quite expensive but this is a delicious and unique product that I highly recommend. The only downside is that they are in glass jars which will break if not well packaged and well handled during delivery,

Makes a great non-alcoholic amazake drink when simply boiled up with some water - naturally sweet but not overwhelmingly so.I personally prefer to sieve it before drinking.
