Love this! I needed to replace my single serve coffee maker. My previous different model, which I had for years, laid down its life for me and went to coffee maker heaven. I tried a different maker and cheaper mode-and big disappointment! I like stronger coffee, and the grounds basket was too small (and messy -trying to even get grounds in it)-coffee tasted like black water. And it only could make a smaller cup, and it was cheap plastic, no off/on, etc.. Who wants to have to keep making more for a large travel mug? It was a big YUK all around.Then -my life changed forever - the NINJA angel descended upon me, and I purchased this - heaven on earth! This can hold 24 oz of water - and you have many options for strength and ounce amount. I like that you can fill it to 24 oz and it is ready to use for smaller cups anytime. You can use both pods and grounds. Directions say not to use filter with ground basket. After a few cups - I did put in a small filter and works great and easy cleanup! It is plastic but feels ore sturdy. It has a large ground basket. It has a handy storage area to put the pod holder or grounds basket when not using. AND it has a frother which works great! I am moving now to Latteville!I haven't tried it yet with tea pods or tea leaves but that is my next adventure.I paid $99 and so worth it compared to models half the price. I've found NINJA to have reliable products so hope this will be also.

I absolutely love this machine…I had been looking for a combination k-cup style and regular brewer for awhile but was always confused as to what to get.I had attempted to use one of those small K cup filter baskets so I could brew my own coffee when I wanted to, but you can never fit enough coffee into it to get it strong enough for me.Plus, the harder you pack it in, the harder it is to get out. It was a real pain.After much deliberating, I decided to give this one a try because I trust the Ninja brand. I have a Ninja blender that I’ve had for the better part of seven years and it’s still like new and outperforms every other one I’ve tried.First of all, I love the compact space-saving design. It even has a frother that folds back to the side of the machine and a small storage container built into the coffee maker that stores accessories it comes with. It also fits very slender because the water tank is behind it instead of at the side.It has all the functions of a regular K cup brewer, but the style of the machine is so much more elegant. I brew everything on the rich setting and it’s amazing, even more depth of flavor than the original brand name one ever was.It has a regular filter basket where you can use regular coffee and it’s a basket that is exactly like a basket in any other regular coffee, brewer,not the small single K cup size with a lid like others. It is a small basket, but you can brew up to 24 ounces at once. Very easy to clean, and and it stores inside the machine when not in use.It actually has an extra accessory to unclog the needles if they get clogged, which is pretty cool. Leave it to Ninja to be proactive!Yes, I bought this machine, and it was instant regret… Because I would say there’s only one problem… I love the machine so much, I’m using it way more than I ever used the other one. 🤣🤣I absolutely love this machine and I will never go back!

Bliss. Perfection. Happiness. Joy. Just a few words that come to mind as I sip my first cup of coffee from this Ninja Coffee Maker. I am so thrilled I chose this model (with the frother). Here's what sets this apart:1) ROUND and large capacity water tank means I can set it in my fridge autofill and come back when it is full. No more standing at the refrigerator holding an awkward shaped water tank trying to get the stream in the chamber.2) Less nooks and crannies=easy to clean and keep clean. I shudder to think of what was lurking in the "unseen" tanks of my previous coffee makers3) Thoughtful design-takes up less counter space, all you need for k-cups or freshly brewed coffee is located in/on the machine.4) The frother is magical. It adds SO much joy to this cup of coffee and feels like I just ordered a special coffee from a shop. The cold foam is a barrier to the hot coffee and it is absolutely delicious. I used the same coffee I normally use but the way this brewed and added the cold foam is just 10/10 and tasted way better.5) Easy to use-very quick set up and brew time. The machine and frother are also much quieter than I expected.6) It's lightweight and compact with the water tank behind the brewing unit, so you can easily find space for it.I really wasn't expecting it to be this amazing. My old one bit the dust and I searched for a new one. I own other Ninja appliances and they are always good so I didn't hesitate when I saw the price of this one (99.99). If you love coffee or know someone who does, BUY THIS ASAP. What a pleasant surprise and a happy start to the day!
