This is brilliant, im suffering from post partum anxiety, tried ashwaganda vitamins not expecting much, but these are brilliant. Been taking them for a week but already feel such a big difference, i feel like a human again 100% recommend

The writing on the packaging seems to suggest that this is a potent product offering a massive 1200mg dose per serving. To be accurate, each serving (2 tablets) offers 100mg actual KSM-66 (12:1 extract). The 1200mg figure is the 'equivalent dose' of regular ashwagandha powder. I bought these after taking a Holland and Barrett product which seemed to work a lot better and had a bigger impact on my sleep quality - I read the fine print on both labels and found out that the H&B product offered 600mg of KSM-66 (i.e. 6x more potent than these ones!). It's an okay product but understand the small print and know what you are buying. There seems to be a trend in the ashwagandha market to compare the dose of KSM-66 to the equivalent in ashwagandha powder, which causes some confusion of the dosages and numbers. This product is marketed as high strength, but in actual fact it isn't. If you have bought this and can't notice any effect, this may be the reason...

The easier to use health benefits are good. You can’t really taste them when you’re swallowing them effectiveness not sure I’ve took them long enough because I’m still tired throughout the day."

It says the dose is quite large however the effects are minimal. I remember getting ashwaganda from myprotein and the effects were insane. Great deep sleep but this claims to have a higher dosage yet the effects are not even close?
