I love Velveeta Mac and cheese, but a box of it costs like $4 where I live.Instead I decided to buy these pouches and cook my own pasta. Waaaay cheaper and you pick the pasta instead of those shells (not a fan of). Also use it for dips like with rotel.

This review will give this product 5 stars with a strong comment about some of the other reviews. I can cook pretty well and this "sauce" in a packet gets the top rating for its taste, versatility and convenience of use. Let your imagine be your guide beyond traditional recipes. But folks no one said it was health food and no one said to eat it everyday and don't blame if for a health problem. It is what it is. And guess what -- if you find it bland then season it because many ingredients used in cooking can be reseasoned or diluted (thinned out). I happened to use it in a ramen noodle dish and it came out very well. The convenience of grabbing a packet and employing it in a dish is tremendous.
