Did not last 6 months with mild/moderate use.
I bought this in early February 10, 2025, and today is June 10, 2025. I’ve run this treadmill on 3.0 speed for about 30 mins a day about 4-5 times a week. This past week I have been unable to walk for than 15 mins without getting an E5 error code. When this happens the machine get really hot and smells like melting/burning rubber. Complete waste of money - do not buy.I am editing this review because I reached out to the company for support and they issued me a full refund - the process was really smooth and the agent that helped me resolve the issue was very responsive and really made a difference. I will likely repurchase and hope that the issue does not come up again.

Definitely not a steep incline - but great otherwise
I waited a couple months after buying this treadmill to really give it time to figure out how I felt about it.1. This is great for the price you cannot beat it.2. It’s not noisy. You can definitely hear it, but it’s not disruptive or annoying. I use it while my kids nap and it does not wake them up.3. The power cord that comes with it is weirdly short, which is limiting the locations within my house that I can use it. It pulls too much power to use a standard extension cord safely so you gotta make sure that there’s a place that’s functional for you to use it in your home. The power cable is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet long.4. The item says it has a really steep incline option, however, the risers that come with it only lifted up about an inch. I think this part is a bit of false advertising, as I’d like to be able to increase it to a deeper incline as the description suggests.5. This is incredibly easy to set up. I did it on my own in about 10 minutes without any assistance. Make sure you lubricate the belt as it recommends, you’ll need to lubricate it more frequently. If you use it quite often this seems to resolve any of the overheating issues or noise issues that people suggest.6. The version that I bought has the handlebar which I find incredibly useful when using the pad over 3.OMPH I can imagine if I did not get the one with the handlebar I would’ve had to return it.7. Having the remote as well as the controls on the handlebar are incredibly useful and make this much easier to use.8. You will probably need to adjust the belt to center it, some people have complained about this however tweaking it here and there it seems to be staying centered for me and I use this almost every day for at least 30 minutes.Overall:Highly recommend, giving four stars due to the false advertising on the incline. Otherwise great investment.

Complete motor failure in less than 6 months, BUT WELLFIT fixed the issue for free.
The original product failed on me. I ran this at 3 MPH or lower a few times a week for less than 6 months and the motor completely burned out. It got so hot that it melted the plastic casing surrounding it, BUT I contacted WELLFIT customer service and worked with them, and they issued a full refund. The customer service was very easy to work with through email. I do plan on purchasing another one. Hopefully, it was just mine that was an issue.

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service! I’ve been using this treadmill for 4 months without any issue, but it suddenly stopped working. When I reached out to the Wellfit customer center, Mr. Phil, He provided an immediate refund as soon as he confirmed the issue. Of course, I will order it again once the refund process is complete. Product is excellent for exercising at home.

Best Walking Pad!
I ordered this walking pad to help me with my fitness journey. It was received in a timely manner and the box intact. No parts were missing and it was so easy to assemble. I only had to put the foot pads, phone holder on and plug the cord in. It’s extremely quiet and the perfect length/width for normal walking/jogging. I’m 5’8” and it’s perfect for my stride. The handle helps keep me steady and the belt runs smooth. Large display. Sturdy machine! I would highly recommend it!
