I know if I forgot to take it with dinner because the leg cramps at 5:00 am are brutal. This Bone Strength really works for me and my calf/ thigh spasms. I have it on auto ship. Also, there are not 100 ingredients; just the few vitamins and minerals that my doctor told me to take. Plus horse hair. lol

Just started taking this. Wanted some calcium (without the crushed limestone) but had all natural ingredients. Liked the great rating.

I do not drink milk as I am dairy intolerant. This calcium is absorbed well. My last blood test shows my calcium in the mid-high range. My Dr is quite happy.

My entire family loves this product. We actually use a lot if their vitamins.

It should be pointed out that the serving size for this supplement is not one capsule -- it is four capsules. And the mfr recommends taking it in two doses - morning and evening. For anyone who has trouble swallowing capsules or wants the convenience of a single capsule serving, this would not be the right supplement.
