Great product
Started taking these pills mid October, finished the pack and was a few pills into a new pack and found out my wife is pregnant. Obviously we have no idea if these pills helped or not but just seems a bit of a coincidence! 😊

Ideal Support for Couples Trying to Conceive
I’ve been using the Pregnacare Conception dual pack for a couple of months, and it’s a great addition for couples planning to start a family. The his and her formulas are well thought out, addressing both male and female nutritional needs to enhance reproductive health. The women’s supplement is rich in inositol, Coenzyme Q10, and folic acid, which are crucial for fertility and hormonal balance. The men’s formula includes zinc and other nutrients that promote normal sperm health. It’s a convenient, balanced way for both partners to prepare their bodies for conception. At £10.33, it’s excellent value considering the dual-pack format and the quality of the ingredients. Delivery is quick, and the ability to subscribe ensures you don’t run out.I’d highly recommend this to anyone trying for a baby. It provides peace of mind knowing you’re getting key nutrients to support fertility and reproductive health.

Great for short lutéal phase
I can’t comment on getting pregnant, I’m not…(yet)!I have a very short cycle (22-24 days) and a short lutéal phase (8-10 days). After reading all the reviews of people saying these vitamins messed up and lengthened their cycles, I decided to give it a go since this side effect was actually what I was after.I’ve been taking these for 3 weeks now and started on day 1 of my previous cycle which lasted 23 days but my luteal phase was 11 days this time. I’m very happy about this and can’t wait to see what happens on my next cycle (day 1 today). No other side effects for me, I ovulated on day 12 as usual and was always taking the pill with food so never experienced nausea.Good luck everyone!

Missed cycle for the first time since I started menstruating.
After being impressed with the ingredients I read the reviews & was dubious about starting Pregnacare Conception so decided to just take folic acid supplements instead. When I went to purchase them I was surprised that the pharmacist suggested Pregnacare Conception instead, I explained my reservations but she assured me they’re the best conception supplements on the market so I brought the couples multi pack for my partner & I.Having decided to start TTC I was more conscious of what I put in my mouth so I tried to think positively knowing that the combination of minerals & vitamins were going to contribute to our journey, giving us & our baby the best start. My period was due on 19th Nov. After 6 days waiting for it to start I decided to stop taking them. I believed in my heart that I wasn’t pregnant & rather than taking a test I just decided to purchase some Folic Acids & go back to my Nature’s Way Alive (Women’s Energy) Multi Vitamins.Since I started at age 11 I have had a monthly cycle, so it is disappointing that I have missed a month, especially as we are TTC. I felt out of sorts, I have been tracking my cycle since January 2017 & typically have a 33 day cycle. After having a period start on or a day before the predicted day for so long it was horrible having no idea when my period would come & was worried as some women had mentioned waiting months but most important of all I had no idea when I’ll be fertile again. This experience has been difficult for us as my partner believed I was pregnant & I didn’t which is why I didn’t want to take a test & ruin what should be an exciting experience. One day I had a dizzy spell & often felt nauseous with certain smells which obviously didn’t help. Even with the abdominal cramps for the last three days he was convinced it was implantation cramps but I knew they weren’t.After being 13 days late Aunt Flow is finally here. Goodness knows when it’ll end & my body can go back to normal. I should be within my fertile window now so I’m disappointed but relieved we’re able to start the ball rolling again.I started these supplements on 8th Nov, was due on 19th Nov, stopped taking them on 24th Nov & it’s now 2nd December, just over a week later. I would advise anyone considering taking these to do so months before you start TTC to give your body time to adjust in case you have the same experience as so many of us.Having finished my regular vitamins I’ve started taking Natures Way Alive Ultra (Women’s Energy Whole-food Plus) vitamins. These have the recommend amount of Folic Acid for women TTC, however due to the high dosage of some of the vitamins it is not advisable to take long term therefore I’ll take in conjunction with my regular vitamins.Wishing everyone the best of luck on your journey TTC!!
