This shaver works as advertised. I usually shave down the growth using my zero-gapped trimmer, then shave using a razor. I purposely let my stubble grow out a little to test this and it worked great. No shaver gets as close as a razor, but this one is very close. It's also very easy to clean, the blades are attached magnetically, so you can just pull them off and rinse out the cuttings. The charge holds up well. I liked this shaver enough to get one for my nephew as a gift.

It works great for me!! Probably the closest shave you’ll get outside of a razor. Really easy to use and takes very little time to shave my head.

It took me a while to decide to get one of these cordless shavers but I'll glad I chose this one. Not only does it save me time but it also gives my head a nice close shave. The shaving heads are very easy to remove for cleaning and all you need is a small bush to do that. It's easy to handle and the battery life is very good. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't shave my facial hair to my satisfaction.That was the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

Husband: The included trimmer lasted 6 beard trims then stopped working. . . The shaver itself is nice, but the hinges that you open to clean it are now flopping around when open, unlike when they were new. I have not used this as often and another shaver I have and I just purchased a Wahl trimmer which is way better at trimming a beard. I had a Wahl hair trimmer that lasted with me and my 3 boys {now Men} for 30 years. Yea 30! So I am trying their beard/head trimmer because of those 30 years. . . With this product I just don't feel it has very good quality and it feels like they want it to fail, so you will use the enclosed order form to buy new shaver heads and trimmer heads. . . And where do they put all that plastic waste? In our land fills or oceans, so they can make more money from us. . . I don't think they have our wallets, or our planet in mind. hello, yes I’ve been looking for a razor for years and I’ve been putting off on it because I’m literally a product. I finally ordered this one and my surprise it works for the good it doesn’t get as good as a razor, but it’s pretty close and if I need to touch it up, I’ll use my Venus thank you. It’s a good product, I recommend it

After looking thru review after review, I took a chance. I had a Remington and it was great till it decided it didn't like cutting my hair on my head. I have thick hair except for top of head due to TRT treatments. Does it cut smooth close, no but it cuts very good where I can use a women's shaver to finish off way easier. It does cut alot faster and definitely no burn afterwards. Especially on back of neck. It does slow down on thicker hair but keeps cutting. If it lasts a year I'd buy another for sure. Haven't used other attachments yet.

Not a super powerful little system. It also doesn't come with the case, you have to pay extra for that. Strike one. Also, after a couple of weeks of use, the head doesn't want to really stay closed anymore. The little individual nodes want to pop right back open again, so you might have to close them repeatedly during a shave.Doesn't self-sharpen, so the heads are disposable and only last a few months. I haven't replaced this one yet because I'm not sure I'm sticking with this system or getting something a little higher quality. It's fine for what it is, though.It does also take a while to get a clean shave. I do like that you can use it wet. (At least I have been.) I also use it with shaving cream, I don't like dry shaving or just using oil.It's fairly versatile, but it is a budget option.
