The neck pillow is really soft and firm at the same time. But bulky for wearing on a flight and not too comfortable to sleep in because of how snug it feels around the neck. Does provide neck and head support.

Bought this before my trip, so I didnt have to pay airport prices, absolutely loved it, hopefully i keep up with it until next trip, made coach way more confortable, got to sleep... it also can attach to a bag, so you can easily keep up with it when not in use, fabric was nice, easy to keep clean, seems to be made nice...

This was and Is my first and only neck pillow. I always found them to be a silly overrated idea.But I had a long flight coming up and shopped a bit before settling on this one.Idk if it’s me but it did not seem very comfy. I cinched the draw string tight and wore it properly but I would end up with my chin falling in this pocket in the front and my neck would hurt when I woke up. It’s not like it was too big, my head would just find its way to settle as low as possible.It was affordable, the highest rated, cheapest neck pillow I found. But it wasn’t all that and a bag of chips.The pillow feels great and traveled well. Just didn’t support my neck and head to make for a decent sleep.

No complaints. Fits well and super soft. Used on an 9hr flight over seas. Worth the money, product is sturdy enough to keep your neck happy and pain free. Washed it in the washer when I returned and did great.

Fits well and offers great support! There is zero cooling effect from this product, and can very easily have the opposite effect. The product has withheld nearly a year of nightly use and still retains its shape and functionality, still managing to offer proper support and relieve neck pain. Absolutely worth it!The only issue with the product is that it had a foul smelling odor out of the packaging and needed some time to air out prior to initial use.
