Green Soul Knight Series Multi-Functional Chair in PU Leather (GS-2) (Black & White) (Size - Large)

First My thanks to GreenSoul for this awesome product. I am using this for more than a month now and I could already got addicted to the comfort it provides.About Packaging and Delivery:The package is awesome and delivery is good and arrived without much glitch.AssemblyAssembly was super easy for me. Using the paper guide that accompanied the chair I was able to assemble it within 15 minutes including the time took to read the short guide. It comes with the needed tools too. So I didn't have to purchase any tools.MaterialThe PU leather is awesome and comes with head rest and backrest pillow. Some might need head rest pillow is not required but I liked it.ErgonomicsThe 4d armrest/back rest and height adjustment works flawlessly without any screeching noise or friction. And as said 180 degree back adjustment stays true to what they claim. And the wheels are super smooth.SupportThe customer support executive was prompt to call in to check the feedback and also reminded me about registering for 2 year warranty which I appreciate. Overall this is a great value for money and I did not expect this much comfort when deciding to go for this over the pricy corsair ones. Proud to say that this is one quality product from Indian company.

Decent comfort, good quality

Well i bought this product called knight series on january the company's service and customer support is excellent i have never felt this good in any made in indian company to be so supportful and courteous staff who answers all your queries patiently and gives you a perfect guidance for what your needs are. Amazing service from customer support top notch. Now about the productI would say the product is exactly what it is described as it is well made durable and heavy chair with perfect ergonomics the chair was delivered on time and the assembly can be done by a laymen its so easy also for the support they share videos of assembly and a manual for the same and if you follow it step by step the chair will be ready in no time you might need a second person to lift parts for fitting as it is heavy.Above all i got a defective armrest as they were wobbling alot and i complained about it and the staff took care of it in a perfect manner it got resolved and i got armrest replaced in no time.But still the new armrest after using for months it has became wobbling so i think the company should focus on their armrest as they are not that durable i mean it wont get damaged bt doest stay put as well keeps wobbling which will annoy you after some time.Other than that the headrest and lumbar support is perfect and the material of the chair is also great and colors as well would love some more graphics on the material though wheels are smooth all the functions are perfect rotations or swivel or up nd down or armrest movements all are ergonomically perfect for long time working people. I being freelancing in photo and video have to do lot of editing work on pc and this chair doesnt make it tiresome..Kudos to the made in india team of greensoul for making such amazing products

I purchased this chair for working from home. I have to work almost 6 to 8 hours from home and this chair has provided all what I wanted. I have been using the chair since 3 weeks now. I am happy with the quality and comfort the chair provides.I thought there will be some assembling assistance, but when the chair arrived we were able to assemble it on our own by reading the assembly manual. It is a two persons job as mentioned, but quite easy for anyone who is used to pay with tools.The customer care guy Utkarsh, called me to ensure that I have filled the two year warranty form by passing me the link to fill it, which I did. I had forgotten to fill that warranty form on my own, so it was helpful.My opinion on the chair:Comfort: 10/10 (Very happy, my backache is gone)Durability: 10/10 (Felt very sturdy and lasting longer while we assembled the fixtures)Levers/Mechanism: 10/10 (Works well, I am loving the rocking functionality)Material on the chair: 10/10 (Great looks and feeling of the leather)Neck/Lumbar support: 10/10 (They provide two cushions very high quality, I only use neck support, but both the cushions are good)Price/Value for money: 10/10 (absolutely)Customer Support: 10/10. (The customer service rep Utkarsh called me and gave me tips of using the chair, they also reminded me to fill the warranty form, happy with the support)UPDATE: 20 Dec 2018I also got the Green Soul Footrest (Monster Series) from the customer representative with a discount offer, this footrest compliments the luxury offered by the chair.

I spend 10 hours daily on avg. in front of my workstation, i needed a chair with good back support and adjustable armrest. After seeing the positive reviews here i decided to try Green Soul knight series. I have been using it for almost a month now, the chair is really comfortable with a quality build. The 4D armrests are really nice for that extra adjustment.The piston is class-4 which is strong, the foam feels nice, the dual castor wheels are smooth. After-sales service is greatOverall its a great buy and i am happy with it. I would recommend this.5 Stars for the chair and the support team.

After about 6-7 months of use, the seat cover has started to peel off. Having paid over Rs 15000 for this chair, it’s definitely not worth the price.
