They have sugar on them
They taste really good, I checked my libre and boy did my blood sugar jump up over 30 points which tells me they have some type of sweetener on them. It’s too bad because they taste good but not diabetic friendly so if you have type 2 or type 1 these aren’t for you

Hard but good and tasty
You have better have good teeth when you eat these because they are really hard. Thought they would be a little softer but no. The taste is very good though. 👍
