After seeing a video on Facebook that zinc is good on treating dermatitis seboreic I decided to get a high dose taken with vitamin d3 and seen this it has a high dose , can't say about any result yet as is been only few days but I do feel a bit of energy especially on nights shifts, don't fall asleep standing up (haha) so I think is helping a bit.Good price and is no after taste and are so small, easy to swallow.Will update after few months if really helps with dermatitis seboric.

Zinc is great for boosting the immune system. I take this all year round ad I have an under active thyroid meaning a lower immune system, have done since I was a child, a long with vitamin C. You have to eat alot of oranges to get your EDA, supplements are the way to go. I am the only person in my immediate family who has not had covid.These tablets are cheaper than Boots', as these tablets are double the strength so you'd have to take two of the ones from Boots to match these and you get double the amount in this pot.

Good tablets. Do the job but always gotta be careful when taking high doses. 50 mg Zinc is almost not necessary for daily consumption

The bottle and the tablets are very small. I can't even read the instructions. I have taken this two weeks after the product arrived. I will see if this tablet works for me.

I thought this was supposed to make me stronger? Why call it high strength if it doesn't make you stronger???4 stars.
