We didn’t put enough sand in the first time and they floated. We pulled them out, added more sand and now they’re perfect! Exactly what we needed for our one-year old Rottweiler! Took about 2 hours the first time and another hour the second time. Definitely glad we purchased the side piece. Don’t know if it’s worth $600 but I would definitely buy them again.

Put together and had to take half apart to hook the curve part on lol but sturdy put sand in and three buckets of rock on a pvc pipe to help can’t see them did put 4 half inch lag anchors in

After 30 minutes of trying we have given up and possibly going to have to replace or refund the attachment part. The side piece does not want to go into the main piece to assemble the bottom stair. We tried dish soap,pushing it in, and the rubber mallet. Now the stair is busted and the piece still not connect. With the price of the stairs I'm real upset the step caved the way it did. Especially since the main piece was so easy to get together. I really hope once we place them in to the pool they fit and work. As now I have to figure out what to do with the attachment.

WE HAD TO GET A NEW LINER AND ASKED IF WE COULD BUILD THE STEPS UNDER THE LINER. HIS QUOTE WAS AN EXTRA $5,000.00. UNBELIEVABLE. FOUND THESE. ORDERED, INSTALLED. LOVE THEM. WISH I ORDERED THESE YEARS AGO.

These steps have been great for my young grandchildren. So easy to get in and out of the pool instead of the ladder only that we had.
