Cardio for People Who Hate Running
If you’re like me, I absolutely hate running and most cardio for that matter - so instead, I get my cardio via jump roping. This is a great tool to add for any workout and it’s so easy to travel with. I highly recommend this particular speed rope.

Need replacement Part
One of the screws that maintains proper length came out on my second use, I'd like to request that another part be sent rather than returning the rope but I will return if necessary. Thank you.

Better off buying 8$ worth of rope from a hardware ...
Better off buying 8$ worth of rope from a hardware store. Cheap, handles are weak, cable is too light to make the bearings swing in the handles so it just messes you up.
