The scent is beautiful and long lasting. I bought them to mix with bath salts and the scent was so natural and strong that I didn't need to add any essential oil to boost the scent. It comes in a nice lightweight plastic jar and there's so much in it I have no idea how I'll ever use it all up!

I had lavender sachets from France that needed refreshing. In the photo, you can see the French lavender -- years old and needing replacement -- at the top, and the new lavender below. You can see that the size of the blossoms is about the same, and the new package of lavender is a rich, beautiful violet color.I just emptied the sachet bags and replaced the tired flowers with the new ones. They're ready to go back to my drawers and make my clothes have that light, fresh scent.My house smells beautiful right now.But I still have lots of lavender! I'll make more sachets, but I think I will need to come up with more crafts to use the large quantity of lavender that is still in the bag.This is not culinary lavender (for cooking), but the scent is lovely. We grow lavender in our garden, and this lavender smells just like the plants that will soon be dying back for winter. I plan to enjoy it all year.

I find the smell of lavender to be so relaxing. I tried putting a few drops of lavender oil on my neck pillow before going to bed but I had to re-apply it every night. When I saw this dried lavender I immediately saw it's potential! I mixed a handful of it into the buckwheat hulls in my neck pillow and it's perfect! Every night I turn the pillow a couple of times to re-activate the lavender and, so far, it's continued to waft a delicate lavender scent each night. I only used about a tenth of the pack for one pillow so when it does stop smelling I can add some more. This is my new favorite thing!

What a huge bag of lavender! The packaging of this lavender is something I would expect to see at a farmer’s market...lots of fresh lavender stuffed into a ziplock bag and then put in a second bag to avoid accidental spills. No branding, labels, or thank you cards. I personally like the minimalist packaging. The lavender buds aren’t as vibrantly colored as the product pictures, but they’re still a lovely, more muted (and expected) light purple. There are some stems in the mix, but they’re small and make up less than 1% of the total mix. The scent is strong and exactly as expected. It mellows after being out of the packaging for a few hours, but is still strong enough to use in drawer and linen sachets. Such a great value and a slightly better quality than expected!

I purchased this for culinary purposes....What a waste of money....Had I known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have purchased it....It smells great I guess I can just make some sachets....It came packaged in a ziplock with an open bag inside of it....No way am I putting this in my food.
