I have being using this set for a month now and I am very impressed with the results.I hit the gym regularly and use the wrist lifters for forearm training, but wanted a equipment to work on forearm at home, hence got this.So following are the things that I have noticed regarding this product:1. First of, the quality of material used is very good and looks durable.2. Forearm strengthener resembles the Wrist lifter that I use in gym, hence I get similar feel with this product.3. Tightness is very apt and ample for a intermediate level person.4. It has ample of padding to support the wrist and lower forearms.5. Hand gripper is also of decent quality and it has adjustment as well.6. Its very good combo to be used with strengthener.7. Cherry on the cake is the finger stretcher. They form the complete package.8. These stretcher target the lower inner muscles, which are often neglected.9. Good thing is that it requires simulated pressure from all the 5 fingers, hence increasing the effectiveness.10. Finally considering the combo and quality of products, its very affordable package.I highly recommend going for this product.

This item arrived with the box semi- opened and there was a missing item - The hand gripper wasn't in the box.I tried using the forearm exercises and found it to be very uncomfortable as it kept pulling on the hair on my arm everytime I flexed. This might be a problem for guys like who have hairy arms! lol! anyway, the items that were in the box seemed to be of decent quality and I might have just kept the package and found a way to use them all if the package came to me without anything missing.

Product quality is excellent.Forearm strengthener is sturdy and really nice to work with.Hand grip exerciser is good but its having poor grip because of plastic, it will be good if some rubber padding added in the handle. Chance to slip with sweated fingers.

The equipments are pretty neat and strong! I have mostly tried the forearm strengthener and it works best!

Hand grip and finger exerciser is of good quality.Forearm Exerciser is not adjustable as described. Also its too easy to use[I've stopped using it after counting till 80].
